Q.U.I.L.T. was formed to promote the appreciation of the rich heritage of the art of quilting and to enhance each members own quilting skills and knowledge.  It shall also be the purpose of this organization to expand and enrich the art of quilting for future generations.

Meetings are usually held on the fourth Thursday of each month January through October.  The November and December meetings are combined and we meet on the first Thursday of December.  The program starts at 6:30 pm.  Come at 6:00 and check out the upcoming programs and workshops, check on the vendor (if available) and meet with other members.  Q.U.I.L.T. meets at St. Thomas Episcopal Church at 2898 S. 48th St. in Springdale except for May and November.  Check our program page for the alternate locations for events.


Coronavirus and QUILT.......

March 19, 2021 - We will begin having some outdoor meetings starting this month - some events will still be on Zoom. Our first indoor meeting is tentatively scheduled for August, 2021, depending on the guidance from the CDC and the Arkansas Department of Health.

February, 2021 - The Danny Amazonas workshops in Mary and the QUILT show in November have been cancelled.  The next QUILT show will be in April of 2023.

November 9 - Face to face monthly meetings for 2020 and Jan - April 2021 have been cancelled - check

Facebook and the programs page for information about upcoming events. 2020 members will have 2021      dues waived.  October 12 - The QUILT board has postponed the quilt show until November 12 & 13, 2021.

July 13 - The QUILT board has cancelled all meetings and programs through October, 2020.  

March 14 - The QUILT board is monitoring information on Coronavirus and will follow guidance from city, state, and local government agencies. At this time, that means stay home if you are sick, shield coughs and sneezes with a tissue, elbow or shoulder (not bare hands), and wash hands often with soap and water (for at least 20 seconds) or use alcohol-based hand sanitizer. If you are concerned about illness transmission, please make choices in your best interest. Any changes to the QUILT meeting schedule will be available on Facebook, via email, on the website program calendar, and through telephone calls to those who are not online.
