QUILT Scholarship 2023

We are offering $500 scholarship grant  to a graduating high school or current college student from Northwest Arkansas (Washington, Benton, Carroll or Madison Counties) who is pursuing a degree in textiles arts.  The scholarship grant is to be used for educational expenses such as tuition, books, and workshop fees. Criteria used for selection include intended major in college, letters of recommendation, and community service and extracurricular activities. Financial need and academic standing may be considered as well.


Q.U.I.L.T. was formed to promote the appreciation of the rich heritage of the art of quilting and to enhance each members own quilting skills and knowledge.  It is also the purpose of this organization to expand and enrich the art of quilting for future generations. 

Completed applications are to be mailed to QUILT Guild of Northwest Arkansas, Chair Scholarship Committee, PO Box 1364, Springdale, AR. 72765 with a postmark no later than Wednesday, February 1, 2023.  Members of the scholarship committee are Cheryl Carter, Helen Hefner and Laura Speer.
